Terms for online orders
For the website health check. Version 2026-10-28.
Who you are buying from
Vincent Chido King, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as Chido. Our address and email are on our About the publisher page. We are not registered for VAT.
What you are buying
One website health check of the one website you name: an automatic, passive check from outside, and a report on a private web page, for £49, paid once. We look only at what any visitor or public record shows. We never sign in, fill in forms or test for weaknesses.
The report states what the check measured. It is not a security test, it is not legal advice, and it does not promise any search ranking, sales or result.
Paying
You pay on Stripe's secure page, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Stripe processes the payment for us and sends your receipt. We never see your card details.
When you get it
We start at once. The report is usually ready within minutes, and within the hour. If your site does not answer, we try again 20 minutes later. If we still cannot check it, or the address does not lead to a public website, we refund you in full, automatically, through Stripe.
Your right to cancel
You have a right to cancel within 14 days of your order. Because you ask us to start the check at once, and agree that your right to cancel ends once the report is delivered, it ends when your report is ready. Until then you may cancel by writing to us through our Contact page, and we refund you in full. The words you agreed to, and when, are kept with your order.
Your report
Your report is on a private link that we send only to you. Anyone you share it with can read it. The link works for 90 days, then the report is deleted.
If something is wrong
Write to us through our Contact page. If the check did not do what these terms say, we put it right or refund you. Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights.
Limits
We are not responsible for what you or others do with the report, or for changes to your site after the check. Our total responsibility for an order is the price you paid, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also use the courts where you live.
