Contact Chido
Tell me where work gets stuck.
Start with a free 30-minute discovery call. No commitment, no jargon, a clear conversation about your challenge and whether I can help.
Question 1
A few quick questions so the first conversation starts in the right place. Nothing here commits you to anything.

What can I help you with?
What happens after you send it
I read every enquiry myself and reply within one working day. If it looks like a fit, I suggest a time for a free 30 minute discovery call. If it does not, I say so, and where I can, I point you to something better suited.
What the discovery call covers
The call is spent on your process, not on a pitch. I will ask where work queues, what gets reworked, which number is heading the wrong way, and who would have to agree that the problem is real. By the end you should know whether Lean Six Sigma is the right tool for it, roughly what a project would involve, and what you could try on your own first.
What to bring
Nothing formal. A rough sense of the volume each week (orders, patients, cases or tickets), how long things take now and how long they should take is enough. If you have data, keep it to hand. If you do not, that is a finding in itself, and a common one.
Other ways in
If you would rather read first, the sector pages show how the method works in eight kinds of organisation, and the tracks are reading routes chosen by situation. Training, coaching, workshops and the tools on this site can all be asked about through the same form.
